Dutch and expat movie-goers in Holland showed their love of familiarity when it came to box office receipts in 2018. Films that featured well-known songs from the pop-rock bands Queen (Bohemian Rhapsody) and ABBA (Mama Mia: Here We Go Again) placed in the top five, while sequels to prior blockbusters accounted for all but two of the ten biggest money makers over the past year.
